Terrible app It's a browser disguised as an app. It's super slow. Takes you ages to do a simple check in. Won't store your velocity number nor your password. If you don't remember everything by heart while filling a form, forget it, as soon as you jump from one app to another and back it refreshes the form and you lose EVERYTHING... It's focused on selling you tickets, which you shouldn't do anyway with better prices in other apps/website, and not providing what you need.
You should be ashamed Virgin this is by far the most frustrating app I have encountered. The fact that you have so much bad feedback and have done nothing about it speaks volumes. Try looking at the Qantas app for some inspiration. I fly frequently for work and I try to avoid using Virgin because of the difficulties of mobile check in. Well done Qantas.
Needs a major overhaul One of the most unintuitive apps I've used. So slow to open, impossible to rely on, overall just an outdated app that you would think was built by a budget developer.
Hmmm Just so so. Make it easier to use for managing bookings and managing Velocity transactions. Like everyone says - look at the Qantas app (and that pains me to say)
It doesn't work on my HTC 10 or most Android according to their support After a lot of fiddling around to try and check in with this app I called and they told that there are only about five models it works on including the galaxy 2 and 3. It wouldn't work to get my boarding pass or manage booking either
