Good flight app that is useful. Only issue I have had is with late running flights and the app does not allow you to see where your luggage is as it had been transferred to historic flights

This is the only Australian airline that blocks non-apac residents from using the app. No problem that we (non-residents) can't use virgin aus frequent flyer program, but requiring that to use the app is disappointing.

This app is complete garbage as I can't use it to check in. I press the buttons and nothing works. I then try to use the online website and since I'm trying to check in for a charter flight it throws me an error saying to contact my travel administrator - they have no ability to assist. I have a pixel 7 pro phone which is by no means old and the app is up to date. The dev team should try and sort this issue as a matter of urgency as this is terrible
