great app. although still a bit of catching up compared to the Qantas app. It is a bit stupid to have the separate Virgin and Velocity apps though with a duplication of resources giving similar information. Recent baggage tracking addition is a nice bonus. I wish that there was the ability to have integrated discounts on this app for users with allocated virgin business rewards accounts setup same as Qantas does with their app and their respective business services account holders.

The level of rudeness and incompetency displayed by Virgin airlines is unbelievable. There's an 'add to google wallet' feature in the app, but the staff don't understand how it works and won't let you use it.

It's so handy having everything in the one spot like boarding passes and status checks. just wish it save your member number when booking other flights, hotels etc. in the app.
