Ratings and reviews

Overall I like the VACU app and the ability to nickname your accounts is great, but the frustration is that those nicknames don't carry over to third party apps like Venmo. When you have multiple accounts that share the same last 4 digits, linking them externally becomes a total guessing game. It would be a huge improvement if VACU could work with payment platforms to pass account nicknames through, or display more distinguishing info when accounts are linked externally.

One of the worse banking apps. It glitches 90% of the time. Can't see some of my accounts because the menu bar is stuck on it. They don't use Zelle which is horribly inconvenient. The app is old, and you can tell they didn't put any money into it or maintaining it. If they did put any money in, they went for a cheap company and it shows. Also why have a separate app to manage cards. If VACU really cared about it's members they would listen to these reviews, but they haven't changed anything.

sometimes app will show an EFT payment twice, one as paid and the other as pending due to be paid later,which is confusing since you only owe one. Causes you to panic. I call VACU and it never shows their end, they say wait till next day to see if it clears. I don't like the actual payment dates for pending items. Pending purchases/payments should be debited immediately from current balance. I do not like this app.
