Ratings and reviews

I don't know why you guys change the app. It was fine before. Now it's even worse and more annoying and then you split the app into two apps for the credit cards which makes that also annoying but I've been dealing. My main request would be that you guys add zelle to the app so we can continue to send money to people and receive money from people that have the zelle app

Frankly, I'm just incredibly disappointed. I don't see what the issue was with the old app. This one is just riddled with problems. To start with, trying to log in for the first time on the app is a nightmare: it sends you through a loop to try and gain access to your account and it's incredibly slow. Second, trying to transfer money is an almost useless endeavor. Third, in my opinion what would be called an improvement is just a horrible downgrade. Just bring back the old and actually good app

I have to agree with the other negative reviews. This is a significant downgrade from the previous app. It's slow, clunky, and buggy. The new UI is unintuitive and actions that used to be straightforward now take multiple clicks to accomplish. They've buried loan payments in a separate transfer menu and completely removed any card management abilities. This is one of the worst app "upgrades" I've ever had the misfortune to be stuck with.
