Possibly the most useless app I have ever installed. I suspect your UX team said the same but some HIPPO ignored all the customer feedback. Can I change my package? No. Can I do anything worthwhile with it? No. Can I update my details? No. Is it linked to my mobile accounts? No. Seriously? How about lowering bills for existing customers instead of wasting time with this nonsense.
Far easier to check my account on the app than logging into the website. Very smooth animations which is unlike their previous apps. Would get the full five 🌟 if it gave me as much detail as the web, e.g. full breakdown of the package
I have Virgin and Sky Q. Only sticking with Virgin at the moment because of the BB. Sky's app makes this look like my 5 year old niece wrote it. It doesn't do anything ???
Pointless. You cannot do anything with it. It's a trumped up, pretty way to view your bill, nothing more. Utterly ridiculous.
Unable to log in telling me password is incorrect. Same password used to log in through browser and logs in fine
I have been with virgin media for a good time now and anything else that enhances the phone and my PC is just fine for me 10/10...
