'OOP'S! SOMETHING WENT WRONG' That's mostly what I seem to get. My package details will not show up, nor my billing details. It's a shame, as the pages load up quick,maybe because there's nothing on them, apart from, Oop's Something went wrong. Please fix it. It can't be that hard. Plus, why is my phone wifi, at best, 5mbs? I was promised 100mbs.
Rubbish such a bad experience. I wont suggest anyone to go for it. I am paying for 100mbps but gettin 23 to 43 max in just one week of installation. Online service is bad. Cant raise complain without calling. Even that call will drain your balance. So ultimatly loosing all the way.
I'd have given this app zero if it had an option to do so. Worse than useless, total waste of developers effort. It does absolutely nothing, won't streem unless your in the same room as your v6 box and the box has to be switched on, pointless. Virgin boffins, take note of sky go app and copy.
Wow, this app is truly awful, refuses to connect and I can't check anything. The broadband is down and I want to know why. Just get the 'Oops! Something went wrong' message. Other apps that connect to the Internet are working fine. Come on Virgin, do better for your customers!
Internet was down and gave information that was a known issue and estimated time of resolve. Works exactly as expected. Not having any problems accessing my account or any other information.
Can't even sign in, just terrible. And when you try to register it asks for a location code apparently on the bill, but there is no location number on the bill.
