Can't even log into the app on any of my Android devices. Enter my email address, get forced to click an email verification link, then it accepts the verification in my browser, and then when I return to the app it takes me right back to the login screen and makes me do it all over again. I am trying to use the app to check my awful WiFi download speeds to see if I qualify for an extender, Virgin say you have to use this app, but the app is unusable. Very frustrating.

Hello Gary, sorry to hear of the issues signing into the Connect App. If you have recently created your VMO2 ID, the same details will be needed to access this and other apps. Help on this can be found here https://www.virginmediao2.co.uk/help. Try opening and verifying via email on a separate device to the one used/open with the Connect App.

Update: Reply from VM Connect is wrong. You "cannot" pause/remove devices from accessing the Hub 3.0. You can only view the devices you DO have and want connected. How do you disconnect devices old and/or no longer used from the WiFi? This app is useless. You pause devices and a couple of days later, you find that their connection has resumed without you doing it. And, you can't completely remove devices you no longer have and/or own. So, the point and existence of this app is completely lost.

Hello Dave, we're sorry to hear you’re experiencing issues with the App. The app is designed to help with your wireless network and not as a management tool. To do the changes mentioned in your review you would need to access the Hub itself.

it's very hit and miss if it will show the wifi scanning section, keeps asking me to add someone or turn on guest. When scanning wifi and found an area with poor coverage it doesn't have an option to order a pod, the website is useless also as if they don't want you to find the way to order them. Been a customer from blueyonder, telewest, on a top package and feeling neglected.
