Terrible WiFi. Worked very well for a few days and without any change in my location, settings or users, it started having terrible performance. Tried to chat with customer service and they either throw standard resolution text to me or they cut the chat line without notice. I wouldn't recommend it for now. Will update this statement depending on experience.

Very disappointed. Internet finishes 7 days before data renewal. Even i am not watching, movie or youtube it just finishes for no reason. i think its a politic to pay extra money. Two times i tryed to reach customer team but they have no sence or willing to help with complaint. No telefon number of customer service only robotic chat which brings for no result

Application keeps pushing notifications asking me to enable auto-renewal when all accounts are already auto-renewal activated. Added more money to my home internet account, thinking all accounts will benefit from. Now, I can not share it or refund it unless i terminate my account. Isn't that ridiculous? why does Virgin create multiple wallets once one can limit the expenditure per month to zero? Virgin needs to work harder in order to strengthen the relation between them and customers
