App crashes when attempting a balance transfer. No amount of restarting or reinstalling works. Tried contacting customer service and after endless menu navigation it tells me to do the action I can't perform in the app.... in the app! I then tried speaking to an agent only to be told they are prioritising other issues and hanging up. Woeful first time experience.

I had great difficulty trying to change my password and ended up concluding that you have to select your date of birth by tapping back month by month to the correct year. Hundreds of taps. The developer has since advised that all I needed was press on the year to bring up a drop down. I can honestly say that I tried pressing everywhere, multiple times and could not do this. Of course on being told exactly where to press it worked fine. Could benefit from being more intuitive.

Hi Lindsay, thanks for sharing your views. Clicking on '2005' in the top left will bring up a screen that you can swipe to speed things up, a calendar will then be presented from there - Hope that helps.

After updating the app, I cannot view my statements. The app just shows years, but not actual statements (even if I click on the year). It keeps disappointing me. There are no error messages. Just the list of years, which suppose to drop down into months. But when I press on the arrow to the right of the year (to get it to show the months), nothing happens.

Ah right I see. We recently identified an issue whereby customers were unable to view/access their statements. The feature was temporarily removed from the app to allow essential maintenance to be carried out and the issue to be resolved. We've since had confirmation from our IT support team that everything should be back up and running as normal.
