Unable to access it. It is down with the message, "Something went wrong. Please try again later!" I have been trying again later for 2 months and still can't access it. I have signed into the website using the same username and password, so this appears to be an app malfunction not user error. It does not give me great confidence that the app will work onboard. Efforts to contact tech support, although relatively easy to talk to someone, has not provided a solution. We sail in June.

The app is fine, if you can access it. It is frequently down with the message, "Something went wrong. Please try again later!" I have been trying again later for 3 days and still can't access it. I have signed into the website using the same username and password, so this appears to be an app malfunction not user error. It does not give me great confidence that the app will work onboard.

When I initially downloaded this app it worked properly. In the beginning of October the app started glitching. The app kept logging me out. When I went to sign back in I got a "wrong user or password error". I'm able to sign in my account on the web browser without any issues. I cleared my cache, uninstalled & reinstalled and still I'm in able to log into the app.
