Ratings and reviews

The app is fine, if you can access it. It is frequently down with the message, "Something went wrong. Please try again later!" I have been trying again later for 3 days and still can't access it. I have signed into the website using the same username and password, so this appears to be an app malfunction not user error. It does not give me great confidence that the app will work onboard.

New app seems less fun and more commercial to me. Where did the love list go? I also have some of the same critiques of this app as I did with the old app. I'd like the option of being notified when new shore things or add ons are added to the sailing. I've missed out on some that I definitely would have booked/bought had I been only to find them after they sold out.

Your app is terrible. We have been trying to given all the information required for at least 2 weeks. Since arriving in Quebec we still don't have access on your website to get boarding time, fill out health page or even change bed configuration. Chat is available ,but limited in what they can do. We have used a computer, laptop, tablet and two cellphones will no luck doing your paperwork. We hope getting on board is easier working with a live person. Bad way to start on an exciting vacation.

What's new

This update fixes issues with social logins, Claim a Booking flows, and Ready to Sail tasks, including document scans, payment methods, and flight details. We also resolved problems with boarding passes not adding to Wallet, incorrect prices on Shore Things, and Dining booking errors. You’ll notice faster load times, fewer crashes, and more reliable notifications while on board.
