Find out everything about your Condominium wherever you are, quickly and conveniently.


## The tools described below require authorization from the administration of your condominium. If you have any questions about your access, please contact the administration##


With the Condominium Area you can:


* Check statements from your condominium accounts;

* View your Unit’s open invoices;

* Make reservations for common areas;

* Obtain an updated duplicate of your bills;

* Copy the typeable line (barcode) to make payment through your Bank's application;

* Speak directly to your administrator;

* View announcements issued by the Administrator and the Manager of your Condominium;

* View Documents such as Meeting Minutes, Convention or accountability documents;


For the trustee:


* View general default or per condominium unit;

* Register common areas and their rules of use;

* Check the contacts of all condominium owners;

* Publish announcements;

* Check the condominium’s accounts payable;

* Check the consumption of resources such as water, gas and electricity;
