So far so good. I am loving everything about Visible. I decided to switch because the area where I live doesn't get reception inside the house with Sprint, BoostMobile, or Google Fi. With Visible, there are still areas where reception may go out in our somewhat rural community but at least I can make an emergency call from home (one bar on the connection meter) which is just what I needed as a caregiver for an elderly parent.

Pretty decent rates, but customer service is nonexistent. Been using service almost a year now. $45 plan is definitely better than the $30. But both leave a lot to be desired. $30 plan will include lots of dropped calls. $45 will include dead zones and some drops, but Wi-Fi calling will alleviate most of that. But you will then get a consistent echo on ALL calls. Overall not terrible, but very annoying at times.

Required to move to a new Visible network. Although the antenna is very close, the new network signal is extremely weak most of the time. Like an ampifier power is on/off. Often have to switch airplane mode off/on to get signal. I had three visible lines and have dropped two of them. Only reason I keep this line is for the hotspot. I can't get customer service engaged. Sometimes the antenna is down completely. I have call the phone number on the cell tower fence line to get any action.
