Switched over to Visible via the app. It said my phone # transfer was successful, but recepients were receiving texts and calls from the trial # and I couldn't receive anything if they used my actual #. The person on the chat could not resolve the issue, then I ended up having no service at all. Someone called the next day. Problem solved, very good customer service. That being said, cell service is good so far, but the app is slow to load and I don't like needing to sign in every time I use it.

Moving Samsung Galaxy S24+ over to Visible was very straightforward. It took about 15 minutes. The only issues I encountered were the current discount said it was applied to my monthly rate, but it did not take affect. So I paid full price. Also, I wanted the annual rate, but it was hidden and I could not find. Finally, once the account was established, I found and changed my plan to the annual rate. Still not sure why the discount coupon of $5 did not properly apply when I signed up. Strange.

The Cell-service is the best I've ever used, and it's the cheapest too which is great, but their customer support is the worst support I've ever dealt with. There's no way to call a human being, you HAVE TO use their text chat service which always starts with an awful "ai" assistant that doesn't give you an option to go straight to a person, you have to select an option and eventually dead-end yourself before it finally suggests a representative and many of them seem to struggle with English
