Good plan, terrible signal, pointless customer support. I barely get a strong enough data signal to check emails or shop online and I have to wait for short videos to load before I can watch them. I had some questions for Visible so I tried their customer service messaging and was limited to 200 characters which is completely pointless. If I didn't like the plan so much I would change carriers in a heartbeat because every other aspect of Visible is terrible.

I enjoy using Visible. However, I've received an unprecedented number of spam calls since switching from Verizon to Visible. The amount increased over the last few months to the point that I asked for a new phone number from Visible. (I'd had 7 spam calls between 0730 and 1200 that day.) My number (both old & new) is registered w/donotcall.gov (clearly means nothing). Verizon has a much more in-depth & superior caller ID program, & a way to cut off spam/blocked calls at the pass. Please fix. TY

Switched over to Visible via the app. It said my phone # transfer was successful, but recepients were receiving texts and calls from the trial # and I couldn't receive anything if they used my actual #. The person on the chat could not resolve the issue, then I ended up having no service at all. Someone called the next day. Problem solved, very good customer service. That being said, cell service is good so far, but the app is slow to load and I don't like needing to sign in every time I use it.
