Very bad experience, don't go for vision 11, very bad customer support, actually no support, it's just you and the app that suddenly stops working. App stops working just a white screen keeps loading. You have to wait for more than 40-90 minutes for chat support and then it ends without a word from the other side. I also mailed them but still no reply. So now it's time to leave.

"Extremely disappointed with the app's performance lately. As soon as the lineups are announced, the app becomes incredibly slow or fails to open altogether, making it impossible to join contests or edit teams before the deadline. On top of that, there are too many intrusive ads that cause the app to freeze and lag. Even after restarting, the same loading issues persist. This is very frustrating for a regular user as it ruins the entire experience during crucial match minutes. Please fix it !
