Kidney Color is a clinical support tool designed for kidney transplantation professionals. Document transplant cases, calculate donor quality indices, and track patient outcomes in one streamlined application.

Create and manage kidney transplant cases with image capture and color calibration. Record donor information including demographics, medical history, and laboratory values. The app calculates KDRI and KDPI automatically based on donor data such as age, ethnicity, cause of death, serum creatinine, HCV status, and DCD criteria.

Perform macroscopic evaluations by assessing kidney perfusion quality, cortical surface roughness, adherent perinephric fat, and atheroma plaque presence. Generate macroscopic graft scores from 0 to 10 to support clinical decision-making. Document biopsy findings and calculate biopsy scores alongside visual assessments.

Track transplant outcomes over time including delayed graft function, early graft loss, and graft and recipient survival at 3, 6, and 12 months post-transplant. Record eGFR values to monitor graft functionality throughout follow-up.

All case data is securely stored in the cloud with user authentication. Archive completed cases for future reference and research purposes.
