ONLY DESERVES 3 STARS ATM...loved this app have 2 siblings away and have had over 10 great experiences however today I couldn't enter the call, and I know my loved one was on the other end waiting, tried several times to enter, and then a message from my phone said the app has a bug, tried tech support via app, not great.

Great app! Works wonders if you follow the guidelines. Be great if they deployed this service throughout as part of a permenant way of communicating. Really made my 4 year olds day. As others with children have mentioned, it's tricky to keep them still therefore you do get cut off from time to time - could be a bit more family friendly. However, it has given lots of us a way of seeing our loved ones. Still gets a 9 from me.

If i could give this app 0 stars I would. Whilst sitting against a white wall alone I was disconnected as the software thought someone was with me 8 or 9 times. Further to this there must be an audio video delay of 30 seconds sometimes more. My Internet it 60mbps so I'm certain its not Internet connection. Overall its impossible to have a conversation and if either person move their head at all you will freeze for prolonged periods of time. You cant get more than a sentence before being cut out.
