Ratings and reviews

Since the latest update the panel notifications keep turning off, and whenever I try to turn them on, I get random Alerts and Alarms within the app from other users. Before I get the usual stock response: no, I won't send you an email, you should be able to isolate these incidents on your server and not have users get other's notifications. Fix it ASAP

I want to specifically thank the support team for their help. I was struggling with push notifications problem, and they patiently walked me through the solution. The issue is now completely solved.

The app does not work properly, push notifications when alarms go off do not work. Contacted by admin, who took the info but no resolution to date. Further to the response provided by Tyco, on repository synchronization. This cannot be possible as all other features of the app continue to work except for push notifications. Really? Tyco needs to do better.
