Not sure if it's an installer issue or what. My app works very unstable. My network is very good and I have no issues elsewhere. 1. The app struggles to connect 2. Open zones are left open well after they've been closed 3. Keypad constantly gives errors Not sure if my setup is bad or the app is just terrible and a waste of money on the module

Much faster than the old APP, the speed increase is a big positive. The push notifications now have the option to be customized, and work very well. Only trouble is, if a zone on the panel is open, it is listed as a trouble condition on the app which is not entirely accurate. Video verification on the app displays very well, and easy to find. Now waiting for the remote installer features to work

The App is quick and easy to access. Functions are straight forward and feedback generally clear. Terminology needs getting used to. Gate, etc., remote activaton works well. System installer MUST know the App. Very confident when away from home. No response from Johnson Controls, had to find local agent for assitance. Overall .... Happy.
