when trying to make a reservation one is asked to select a resort, time frame and number of guests. The next step is to do a web search that asks for the same information. Can't find a way to bypass this nonsensical work flow. Such a waste of time. When trying to review your reservations you must know your confirmation number. Another design flaw. Why can't the app access all reservations associated with the user account.

I'm not sure who did their website and app but nether work anymore. The app is one of the worst I've used since 2007. It keeps crashing and closing. When it is open it says it can't load my data right now and will not reload. When I click on reservations it crashes. When I click on most options it crashes. The website doesn't work on any computer or mobile from any browser I've tried in 3 different countries. I've used it fine for almost 20 years but this year it doesn't. Maybe I'm the only one?

Just like other users reported, this app is worthless during a stay. It'll briefly show your current stay while loading, but will continuously bring up a blank page. There is no way to make use of the app during your stay, which is pretty important! These same complaints have been reported for months now! You've got to fix this!
