Only those who know their health can improve it. Therefore, the first step is to determine your current health status. Get checked out in a doctor's office or take our online tests - we will reward you with valuable Vitality points.

2. Live actively:
Now it's time to take action and collect more points! Vitality points will be credited to your points account for just 7,500 steps or a 20-minute workout per day. With the weekly Generali Vitality Challenge you can get started straight away: achieve your individual fitness goal and receive great discounts every week.

3. Get rewarded:
Reward yourself twice: with numerous discounts from attractive brands and a great attitude to life!

The Generali Vitality app shows you everything you have already achieved. With it you can collect lots of Vitality points, view your status, complete online tests, upload evidence, complete the Generali Vitality Challenge and take advantage of the great discounts and rewards.

Connect fitness trackers and apps

Simply record your training sessions with a fitness tracker or a fitness app, for example to send us the number of steps taken or the calories burned. Your data from fitness trackers such as Garmin, Polar, Suunto, Withings or Fitbit can be synchronized, as can the Samsung Health app or Strava.
