The user interface is just awful. Selecting a chapter from a book doesn't minimize the side bar to display the chapter selected, it just loads the chapter behind the side bar, and tapping the page to view it reloads the previous chapter selected. Back arrow? Goes back to the main library selection. The text-to-speech is an easy 7/10 though. It messes up a small handful of things like numbers/years, but for the price (nothing extra) it's fantastic.

Access to my books, especially while on 4/5G is extremely inconsistent. Lately, I havent been able to access most of my new semester text books that I have already been charged for. It's ridiculous, and I don't have time to fight for products I've paid for, am required to have, and need for school work while trying to get school work done.

Useful to a point. Could expand its editing features on how pages can either be scrolled entirely, or be displayed page by page. Some books have the option, most don't. Other problem is the lack of clear direction in acquiring a QR code. It's not streamlined through the app, website, and software versions of Vitalsource. Each one should have the same functions and features of at least the account settings, rather than appearing to be built by different teams who did not communicate one another.
