I just downloaded the App & was pleasantly surprised that all of my pets were uploaded with most of the correct updated info. The only negative I can see so far is that I no longer have access to lab results. I have 3 cats with Kidney Disease, & like to be able to see the progression & numbers for myself. But other than that It's a pretty Great App.🙂

Adding pics to medical records for each pet has not worked for at least two years. Just shows a blank square and when sharing records several years old pics show but newer ones do not. HOWEVER you can add notes under each pet and pics will save there. Just tested 08/13/26. Kinda useless since you can't share notes when vets request a medical record.

So far so good. A great deal of functions, features and capabilities that I still need to cift through. It's a short process. I was sure it would have been more complex but it's not bad. Easy to invite family, dog walkers, groomers, etc. Once you got a pet(s) added and once the Vet is added by request. Then I suspect this gets even easier and more convenient. I'll follow up with a newer better review in some month's.
