I try to play but there say sorry this service not available in my country yet. But I am a member in this app and i bind paid RM10 every month in maxis to enjoy movie in this app. But when it update can't even use it and I also can't even log in. Pls do something.
This app used to be good after several updates a pop up kept appearing saying that my ip location is detected that it had changed to another country and there's only a 'confirm' button and no other options. I've not travelled. This caused me to be unable to use Viu. Get your IT techs to look into this error.
It was working fine....lately i was unable to download my shows even though i paid monthly and have unlimited downloads. Very upset. Please fix and I will rate it 5 stars again
The app is always popup "please check the internet connection" and I can do nothing. It still have ads in program even I paid. Others is good. Waiting for the improvement.
Why does it say "please check your connection and try again" when our internet connection speed is high? This is only the 3rd time I'm about to use this App. The 1st and 2nd went well. I'm looking forward to an immediate solution for this. Thank you.
All good but please add up some other korean novela like other shows are not here to some up its still 100% but please add up some show.
