I normally don't rate low on apps but I just couldn't avoid it with this. App controls are bad (the same thing with using a laptop). When you choose a drama or a series, it starts playing at the last or latest episode which does not make sense. And it's heavier that most streaming apps I've subscribed. Wouldn't really recommend this app to anyone. I subscribed to premium too but it still doesn't work well for me.

I just renewed my premium subscription for another year. I have a few downloaded videos to watch offline, but they are not playing. I get a "Please connect to network" error when trying to play my downloaded videos. I emailed customer service re: the same thing but they either did not read my email or cannot understand my issue. The response they gave me is waaaaay different from the issue I am having. 👎🏻

Cannot watch at all. Previously was working fine on my TV. Suddenly, I cannot even load any shows at all. Uninstall and installed again. Reconnected the WiFi and also off and on the main tv switch. Still the same. I am a premium subscriber, but can't load anything at all. So frustrating. I don't even know what else to do!!!
