Knap Massage

This app is created by two french osteopaths to help patients and fellow practitioners to keep and improve their health every day.

Through this daily massage, we wish that people have a better health and reduce the effect of chronic pain and other ailments on their lives.

The app is based on the Knap method, a self-massage technique of points located in crucial areas of the body. It was created by Gëorgia Knap, a french inventor of the 20th century that was passionate about the human body.

By experimenting on himself and with years of experience, he described a number of points that are liked with many issues: back pain, headaches, digestive issues, fatigue, bad sleep, constipation and more.
By massaging these points, Gëorgia Knap noticed he got more strength and vitality that reduced his body's aging. According to him, each point contributes to premature local aging by limiting the blood flow and disturbing the nervous information flow.

Because it's progressive and respectful of the body, the Knap method can be used at every age, from child to elderly. If you have any doubts or if you have a health condition, do not hesitate to seek the advice of your doctor.

We wish that the Knap massage and method will help you as much as it helps our patients and we wish you all the best in your practice.
