VIZIO Crave Speakers cannot output audio from TVs/displays or be connected as an additional channel to an existing sound bar or sound system. Additional supported SmartCast or Chromecast-enabled audio products are required (not included) for Multi-Room feature. Streaming different songs to different speakers at the same time is not supported when using a single app running on a single mobile device. To stream a different song to different speakers at the same time, you’ll need to stream from a different app or a separate mobile device.

Had some problems in the past that support worked out for me. This app has come a long way and is working great for me. I have had a few minor issues here and there, usually after an Android update, but they usually get fixed pretty quick. I can't give it 5 stars yet as I am not currently using it on my own network, it's a house Wi-Fi, so I am assuming some of my issues have to do with router distance.

App does not connect to my soundbar, and since the soundbar did not come with a remote control, I have no way of controlling the soundbar. Seems Vizio's attempt to be innovative appears more like they are cutting corners to save costs by no longer providing remotes for their soundbars and instead developing an app that does not even work. I used to be a fan of Vizio, but I see now is the time for me to make a change.

Doesn't seem to support my TV anymore, can't pair just says connection refused. Vizio remote is garbage with no way to get into settings. Mistake to purchase Vizio products. For further info I did try support. They offered nothing I have not already done multiple times. I dug an old phone out of a drawer that had a version of the app that hasn't been updated in years. TV paired with that fine and I could get into settings again. Issue seems to be with the legacy connect option of the new app.
