With VIZIO Mobile, you can:
• Control your TV from the palm of your hand, without searching for the remote
• Search for your entertainment in seconds using your VIZIO Mobile keyboard or just your voice
• Launch shows, movies and more on your VIZIO TV directly from VIZIO Mobile
• Save money by quickly finding which apps stream your next movie or show for free

Your phone or tablet must be connected to the same wireless network as your VIZIO devices to use certain features of the mobile app. Select features of VIZIO Mobile require a free VIZIO Account.

VIZIO Crave Speakers cannot output audio from TVs/displays or be connected as an additional channel to an existing sound bar or sound system. Additional supported SmartCast or Chromecast-enabled audio products are required (not included) for Multi-Room feature. Streaming different songs to different speakers at the same time is not supported when using a single app running on a single mobile device. To stream a different song to different speakers at the same time, you’ll need to stream from a different app or a separate mobile device.

Great replacement for a traditional remote. The app just works and does its job well. I love that the inputs are labeled, so when switching inputs, you don't have to remember which one is the switch, Chromecast, etc, you can just select "Chromecast" from the inputs list. It makes it so much easier to find built in apps on the TV too, you can search them instead of having to scroll through all the options.

I see the other reviews and feel like I got lucky. I haven't had any issues since I installed. Easy to use, was easy to pair. Reconnected without issue even when my tv updated. If I had to name a complaint, which is super minimal, it would be the delay when trying to open the app. Sometimes it varies between 10secs and 1.5min. but all good things are worth the wait, lol.

This used to be a really good app. I've had it for years. However, in the last month it has constantly crashed and in order to use this with my Vizio, or cast to my TV from my streaming apps, I have to Uninstall and reinstall it daily. Yes, DAILY! I've rebooted my TV, reset factory settings, and done everything else that is suggested on YouTube, Google, and the Vizio page. The ONLY thing that works is to Uninstall and reinstall daily. So disappointing. (Using a Samung Galaxy 22 Plus).
