Holy mother of god! I am 22 I am a gamer and this is the worst product I have ever purchased it was so bad and I swear it's not me it's the app and the tv complete garbage all my roommates agree and we still 4 hours after buying the tv can't use it at all I'm returning it tomorrow and this app is broken I can't believe this was released at all.
Terrible!!! If the app would stay connected I would have given it a 4 star review. It loses connection with the TV. Doesn't matter if you connect wifi or Bluetooth you have the same issue. Vizio's fix for the problem is sending you a remote with all the functions of the Smartcast app. My suggestion to anyone with the tablet remote is to take atvantage of Vizio's offer & apply for the free remote. Otherwise no complaints. When it works, the cast from tablet to display is great. Getting it to work for more than 24 Hrs. at a time is the problem.
This is the worst app ever. I can never connect or find the device. It's either the tv or the app either way it's garbage. I wish I would have followed my gut and went with another tv. Now I have a smart rv that I can't even connect to so it's basically useless.
Does Vizio even read the reviews? Your app don't work. The remote is a joke. Had more use out of the box the tv came in. Good job Vizsuckio!
Constant error message, Oops! We've had a lapse of attention. Please try again. About every 30 seconds. Brand new e series with a s7 edge. It's totally the app or the TV. Very disappointed. Most recent update and now it's glitchy all the time. Constant screen flicker on everything
I use this app more than the supplied remote with my tv. It works great. I am 100% satisfied with this app and my Vizio product. I was hesitant purchasing, but don't regret it at all.
