Love the graphics and the storyline! It's all just too cute! I've encountered a couple of glitches during gameplay, but customer service has been absolutely amazing about contacting me back and fixing any issues the same day I messaged them. They usually even add in a perk or reward for any trouble you might have had without asking for it. I have been sorry to see the end of the game though. Now there is only new content available on certain holidays.

I love this game! You do need patience if you don't want to spend money. I've managed to get to level 50 without spending my own money, just earning in game gold and zombucks to get what I want/need, and doing the side quests and seasonal islands occasionally when they pop up. Other than that, I just play in my spare time for fun

It's a cute game. However, there comes a point at which you cannot do much without spending real money. For me that point came at only level 18! Forget it. Don't waste your time. UPDATE: Game playing strategy definitely makes a difference. It is possible to earn zombucks in game and that helps too. I have come to enjoy this game for the casual style, cute animation, and fun storylines.
