Not a member but tried to setup a login to book an appointment at my local spa but it kept telling me I needed to enter a member id number. I gave up. Guess they don't want business that bad. I'll go somewhere else.
HORRIBLE!! Not only does it have issues with it's primary functions, when logging in it showed someone else's private contact information!!!
Spelled continue, continune, enough said. Tried contacting the corporate office about account setup 3 times but never received a response. Wheaton, IL location is great though.
Constantly freezes, I haven't been able to use it once. Complete trash.
I'm not currently a member, so I check that box. It still asks for member ID. Just trying to book appointment. This is an awful app.

Pretty interface. Too bad the app crashes There is a time when a customer shakes their head in disbelief as to how a nice franchise can actually sign off on a useless piece of software as this application presents itself. Did no one at the company actually perform UAT before putting this on the play store? This consistently crashes executing the most basic of functions.
This is the worst app I've ever used! It allowed me to create an account but when I tried to get back in it repeatedly told me my credentials were invalid. This is after I put in my correct username and password multiple times. I even tried to register again and got the message that it was not working try again later. I am uninstalling this app, it's a waste of space on my phone!
Got it to work Just got membership today and they told me about app. Just like everyone else it didn't work at first. I went in cleared the cache. Also don't use pw with special characters that may have been problem. I then tried creating account again and it worked. Haven't tried to book appt yet, but I'm in.
okay, this app has had a fatal bug for months. You have had ample time to fix it. It is unacceptable that it crashes on login STILL. AFTER MONTHS. I cannot always call to make an appt during business hours, I often don't have a known schedule until the day before I am trying to get a massage, what am I paying for a membership for if I cannot schedule my massages. I think this is the last straw for you, Hand and Stone.
It's only "ok" when it works, which happens to be very infrequently. It doesn't save login or location information. Entering my info every time makes using the Chrome web browser so much more efficient. Simply using the website would be fine except that the web site happens to be down often which is what causes the syncing with the app to always be down in the first place. Theory: they need a new web host or admin.
