I can log in again but found out that I had to update my password by logging into my dT back office to see the new password requirements and change my pwd. The error message could have been a bit more helpful, I was frustrated for a few weeks before I decided to figure out why I was having the issue. Such as simple fix. Happy to be able to log in again. Sometimes you want to check something quickly and the app is very useful for that.
The last update is terrible It's impossible to navigate the app now. I can't find how to see past orders and track my order. It doesn't save my order when I edit my lrp. It's just really not user friendly since the last update. It's easier to just log into the full site
Horrible Your can't see your current or past orders, and it lags horribly, Always loading. ALL IN ALL, Poor design. They need to fix this....PLEASE! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND DOWNLOADING THIS APP. THEY seriously need to work on this one.
This is getting old. Every update makes it worse This is beyond annoying at this point! Please fix this app. Or hire somebody else that knows what they are doing to fix it. Now it will open to login but pops up an error everytime.
Double paid because apple vs android I don't like that you have to pay twice if you own Apple and Android devices because you can't download the app on your iPhone from the playstore if you paid for it through playstore. It's not expensive but that's not the point. The iPhone app doesn't know that you already paid for it.
Unable to log in, error message Log in error Is says contact Evo after logong in using my user name and password. The app has been working great until the recent update, it will not log in and it stays in the home screen. Its so much easier to order from app when on the go without having to log on online
1. Handled freezing issue in splash screen when users update the app from play store
causing the app to not complete logging in.
2. doTERRA Evo account required to login to the app.
