Ratings and reviews

The experience of booking tickets with the app is pathetic. It screen goes completely white when you click the review and pay option and you are left with no option but to close the app and restart the same annoying exercise for the same irritating results. By the way don't you get your apps tested before launching??? How the bloody hell you are supposed to get customer in these troubled times by this kind of app experience. i am using a latest Android phone ...updated obviously.

Worst reschedule flight experience Such a worst experience I have ever faced in my life. it's never ending task with this flight. The reschedule process is so hectic. I would like to provide zero rating for such irresponsible support given by spicejet. Strongly recommend to relatives and friends don't choose this flights..worst experience ever so frustrating. I'll never book a flight again from this app. It's time to choose other travel apps.

Nothing in the app works properly, even basic features like viewing your bookings does not work. It is a similar story on their website as well. Customer care number is hidden deep somewhere and calling them on this number is of no use, you only get to interact with their IVRS which is just not at all helpful.
