I am very disappointed with the automatic subscription renewal system. The amount was deducted without proper reminder, and when I requested a refund, it was denied due to a strict 3-day policy. They promise a 7-day free trial, but the premium amount was auto-deducted just after 3 days! The cancel option appeared only after the payment was deducted - I canceled within 4 days, yet no refund was given. I even mailed their support team, but never got any reply. There's also no proper way to contact them.
