Nexus 6P UPDATE: seems to be working normal now without any issues, app updated last night and it seems to have fixed the issue: End Of UPDATE. Used to work just fine up to the last update. Response to reply from VMWare, yes I am running Android 7.0, when Horizon client 4.2 is compatible with Android 7.0, I will edit my review. Thank you.
The initial RSA issue with the 4.2 release has been corrected (thankfully I got to beta test the update ahead of it's release so I wasn't stuck with a broken app for long) so updating my review on this app. The only knock I still have with the app (it's always been a gripe of mine on both Android & iOS) is the fact that it locks in your last desktop session to the app almost like a favorite. This probably isn't an issue for most but as our environment continues to evolve and our pools names change this causes confusion for our users who then have to long press the shortcut to the previous pool and delete it before it refreshes and pulls the new pool down that they are entitled too. We have submitted a request to give us a way to disable this feature and hopefully they will implement something in the near future, other then that I love the app and it functions as expected.
Does'nt work on Android 7.0 THanks for the update that fixed the Android 7.0 issue, brilliant
ChromeOS now works! Dev team busy i see :)
Demo mode can't enter Good a apps
Client now functions as before (I had issues connecting after the update, which is now confirmed resolved), and I love it once again. Will update further once I have more time to test out the newest update. I need to give credit to VMware Horizon Client app staff who reached out to my previous review, and tried to assist. Although the issue resolved itself the next morning, I appreciate that VMware, Inc has such a dedicated team.
