Tôi chưa thấy app bank nào lởm như vậy . I’ve never seen a banking app this bad. If my phone’s NFC is broken, it should say so from the start. When logging in, it requires scanning my ID via NFC, even though I’ve already completed Level 2 verification—face recognition should be enough. When the NFC scan fails, it doesn’t even let me switch to another device. It wasted over an hour of my time. Never use this app or this bank’s services. If I could, I’d give it a zero rating.

the problem with this app is the fact that it's trying to be like MoMo another wallet app with all the features and I usually call them bloats. The app is very heavy to load and cluttering with features that I don't need and no easy way to organize them. There are two distinct sections for normal check and saving account and another one for credit card. A short while ago, I made the mistake to turn auto bill payment and I thought that I turned it off already but apparently I didn't. Annoying tbh

The app is good. But, the overall customer experience is extremely annoying. Thousand of calls from the bank to sell other services that I've never signed up for. Rude telesalepeople. They ignored my wish not to receive those disturing call times after times. I had to block its number today.
