Ratings and reviews

I have a few complaints about VP Bank and their app. The App For some reason, I need to scan QR codes twice to get the option to specify the reason for my payment. Then, their is an extra layer of redundancy because I need to specify my reason further. Both of these add to to 2 small unnecessary extra steps that should be eliminated through patch updates. At first, I thought it was because I had an old phone, but the same issues happened with my new phone.

The app is crashed with the latest version 02/16/2025. Please fix it ASAP

Unlike other bank, you cannot lock or unlock your card online when the card is not in used make it vulnerable to credit card theft.
