Poor customer service Vodafone customer service don't even know what Wallet is and I have to explain them with spelling. Wallet customer service don't know how payment system works with tfl London underground and their Wallet app. They dont have the basic customer knowledge. They don't even know what's written in their own T&Cs. Very poor experience on an hours call
Works great only no support After some issues with the app and V-pay it finally works. If support and knowledge about the wallet is not implemented fast this service will die soon with all great potential and extra revenue true visa cards wasted.
If you're looking for help with Vodafone Wallet DO NOT call Vodafone, they haven't got a clue.. FACT.. Vodafone, how do we contact someone who knows anything about Vodafone Wallet? 191 haven't got a clue!
Vodafone support is appalling It's a waste of time calling Vodafone support. They really don't have a clue about the sim needed. Fortunately, the app directs you to order the new sim.
I thought this was a great idea but I topped up a £10 n it only gave me £6. £4 just disappeared?? Also I got a message saying I couldn't top up anymore???
Cannot be used on a business contract How pointless is it to have businesses unable to get an nfc sim card and therefore unable to use, what should be, an app that takes smartphone flexibilty forward. Having been a vodafone customer since the earliest days, I'm beginning to despair. Try coming into the modern world voda!
