This app is shockingly bad!!! I managed to install and set it up once but then family members weren't able to add it as they constantly got an error at the text verification stage. Then it stopped working on my phone, I just got a whirling circle, after a re-install I just got a white screen! Support is terrible, only managed to get some on a web chat, and even then they weren't able to rectify the problem. After many 1* reviews but you might expect Vodafone to do something but they don't care!

This is a great tool for its intended purpose, but, I am finding the snooze function for 'band not in use' confusing; I have set it to snooze from 2100hrs until 0630 hrs but it seems to stop the alerts completely. When the snooze times are set and saved, the corresponding buttons seem to be switched off which seems odd. Update: i have now returned the band for a refund. If this problem gets sorted i will buy again.

Shocking support! I have a have v sos band used by my elderly mother for a few years. Four days now no alerts, and the app screen, just a spinning red circle. Band reboot, app reinstalls as suggested by tech support does not fix this. Something must have changed. Considering this an alerts system there is a distinct lack of care on Vodafones part to support it. If not supported responsibly you should communicate to customers, and work towards a phased end of life for this service.
