About this app

The App can speak subtitle by voice or generate wav file from subtitles file with timing (SubRib or WebVTT format).
The voice-over of the srt file go in accordance with the subtitle time both in reading or writing to file.
Wav file generation produced about 10 times faster than speaking.
App can automatically adjust speech rate and time bounding of subtitles and can save new srt file along the produced audio file.
App can clean srt file from html tags and other formatting.
During the speaking or generation writes the messages to the trace or the error window.
Can save audio file to the internal or external (SD card) memory.
Premium mode removes ads and unblock speech rate acceleration feature.

Good application. The only feature that needs to improve is to adding a configuration to change the size of the text, to make the text larger to avoid smaller subtitles.

It's sounds very unnatural as if a list of words are being read, not sentences... Timing is off when I try to morge the generated wav file with the original video... A much better solution is to manually alter the srt timing format into textaloud format, and use textaloud to generate the wav file. You also get to choose from many other voices... What features are there in the pro version?

I don't find the audio files in download folder! Edit: I found them under folder called android, you need to change the text inside the app that says it's in the download folder. Thank you. Good app!

Thanks, if you set "move to download folder" setting the generated file will be moved to com.voicenoteboook.srtspeaker subfolder of dowload folder
