Everything was superb from the car quality to the experiance and service. But the only reason I am giving it 2 stars because they gave me a car with empty fuel tank by saying that they would return the amount of fuel left behind while reurning the car. Its been over 12 days and they haven't returned it yet. Kindly look into the matter support team. As requested please find my booking number. Resolve as soon as possible. What the duck is wrong with your app.. Why does it always shows Delhi location. We don't even have an option of changing the location to Bangalore. By default it shows Vacant Kunj location. We can't even change the location to Bangalore. Better work on this problem or close the app. I had to go through the cancellation after booking a ride.
I had booked Swift for 11th Feb afternoon. Just one hour before I get a call from Voler stating that the car is damaged by previous customer and alternative car is not available. Hence the booking is cancelled from Voler side. Great blow just before an hour. If Voler could not make alternate arrangements from their fleet, they should do something externally to showcase their commitment towards customer. Voler is not reliable. Voler like other self drive service provider does not have limitation in liability in case of damage to vehicle. I was shocked to know this fact. In fact lucky, because want to try voler. To all persons using voler, be aware that in case of any accident or damage to vehicle u will have to bear complete cost. The same has been confirmed by the customer care executive of voler.
I booked a scorpio for my family through voler... the car was clean n in good condition with an average of appx 12 w/o AC ... The car was a bit late however we enjoyed the ride. Anyone who books a car around 10pm might get a bit restless as it takes upto morning for licence approval however be assured that the car will be delivered around the expected time... the service is good but the customer service centre is bad. I would like to book voler for my next trip because of its unlimited kilometres...
