Simple to use and setup. <1min. I am writing this 5 star review using my computer keyboard now. I hate texting with my thumbs. This is a life saver! **Feature Request** Could you incorporate a method of switching between apps on the phone using shortcuts? Or even better, pointer control?
Excellent Good job done. Do not press F4 before opening the text file in android. You may lose contents. IE is also somewhat supported. Google chrome is fine. IPv6 address doesn't work. But now my money that I spent for purchasing Bluetooth keyboard are wasted as I shall not use it anymore.
Great!!!! this is a really good app, i downloaded it cause i was bored and thought it would be complicated to set up but it was really easy, infact im writing this now using the computer keyboard. i do recomend :)
Perfect Works perfectly. I honestly did not expect the international keys to work, but they do -- flawlessly. Even text selection and editing is supported. Just realized there is an "edit locally & submit" mode for those who get disoriented when the text is not visible in the browser. Try that one, if you cannot resist the urge to look at the monitor.
Fulfilled my need I recently had to repopulate a database contained on my phone. Typing on the phone's keyboard is never as fast as touch-typing on a conventional keyboard. You saved me HOURS of input time! Setup was easy and the response time is nice and fast. This was exactly what I needed. Thank you!
5 star, using it since android 2.3, but i think this can still improve by let us choose which one is the default address show in the notification bar so we don't have to click in the app to check the correct IP
- Enter should work fine again. If it still broken, I'll disable submit on enter for single-line inputs.
- Disable full screen mode in landscape
- New key combinations supported: Ctrl-Del, Ctrl-Backspace.
- No need to press "submit" button anymore. Enter will submit single-line messages, Ctrl-Enter will submit multiline messages.
(Thanks Daniel Sim for the patch)
Check out "AOSP WiFi Keyboard" if you want this keyboard combined with the standard one (thanks to Marcos Diez).
