Overall, Voltage is one of my favorite Otome companies. They have wonderful stories with new and old concepts that have a certain recognizable charm to them. This app takes all those stories and put them all in one app. When I first heard of the idea, I sat on the fence because I was afraid I would have to buy all the stories from the old apps again. Fortunately, I did not, but I think the deadlines were a bit strict. EDIT: I'm unable to transfer despite having my info

I loved this app but now having the same problem as other users. I redownload the game and went to log in and said, "could not transfer data." I even have a screenshot of my mail and password, so I know I didn't get either wrong. Please fix this. I already purchased a lot of games and bonuses as well as repurchased some when they all combined on this app.

Needs A Bug Fixed. I've spent lots of money on stories on this app & even before they combined all these into one. So I've already had to repurchase a lot after the first change. Redownloaded the app on my phone, & had saved my data like I was supposed to. I even saved the email & password I used. So I know I have the correct info, but it keeps saying "Could not transfer data". Big ripoff if this cannot be fixed and I definitely will not be purchasing anything else from them if this is the case.
