Ratings and reviews

The app has all the essentials functions, including climate prep, remote lock/unlock, notifications, location, roadside assistance, guides, charge controls, charge level, and current range. A few things it does NOT do: - allow me to name the car - allow me to enter the registration information. UPDATE: App doesn't allow you to turn off Driving Journal feature once it's turned on! No response from "Support."

Down to 1 star from my original 4 stars. It's just not improving despite EVERY SINGLE REVIEW mentioning the same stuff. Having to kill the app and reopen it just to get it to refresh. 2FA login every 3rd launch of the app. Can't connect to the car constantly. No digital key on Android (this is disgraceful given that it's an ANDROID AUTOMOTIVE car). Can't send destination to the car from the maps app on your phone. No target temperature for pre-conditioning. WHY CAN'T VOLVO WRITE GOOD SOFTWARE?!

It achieves what it says, but has some fairly glaring issues: - Constantly looses connection and requires logging in and 2FA code verification continuously. - The syncing with the car isn't great, I have to stop/close the app and reopen it for it to update to current charging status for example. Would appreciate if those issues could be improved!
