The mobile key screen just says "something went wrong" and the support button doesn't work. As this is the only function I am interested in using this makes the app pretty useless for me. Will update review if this gets satisfactorily resolved.

nothing to do with the the product. I bought a single fan for my home and it's asking me for company and personal information. all the app needs is to turn my fan on and off why the hell do you need any other information. 0 out 10, if I could go lower than 1 star I would.

Horrible company. Shameful place , shameful company. Cuts corners and the app is a Dino piece of garbage
