If I could rate this app 0 stars I would. Rarely let's you know when there are delays, replacements, cancellations. The amount of times I have shown up to the station, only to find out the bus or train left 10 minutes ago because the app didn't change the time. How can you have a whole company and not be able to do the simplest job of updating your app?

The app is improved, but even though I can see earlier and later train services on both ways, I still can't see all of them, so I can not plan the return. Any way there is an exact number of trains in a day and not so many after all, the app should display all of them, not only 5 after current time and few before. I liked that the nearest run is highlighted for quick view.

The v-line app lacks functionality. There is no benefit vs the website. Having to add in unnecessary details each time I purchase a ticket is frustrating. These details are not required when purchasing a ticket in person, first and last name twice + email + phone number is nuts. The details are not saved anywhere. There should be a proper account system. Perhaps pairing up with a google pay or apple pay system like a normal modern app. Also the pricing is totally illogical.
