I am SO frustrated! If I try to take a video with the app, it does not matter how bright my lights are, it makes the image so dark that the only things you can see are my eyes and teeth. If I use the camera compatible setting, the video is fine, but it does not allow me to upload it. I also cannot see the details that they ask for in each question when I use the compatibility option. I have tried the app on 3 different devices and I have had the exact same problem on each one.

My experience with this app has been really great there's been a few issues where you know the videos that he records doesn't want to upload right Away. But that is not very common Maybe it has to do with the signal I do live in a rural area. I feel like there should be more video questions then there are but when they are available you get paid for them I've gotten paid for them every time Without any problems. I wouldn't waste my time Doing the survEYS...

It is a good app but very frustrating when you record a video and the task is already expired. I also had an issue where I went to walmart to record a video for 15 dollars...was told I had a guaranteed spot if recorded that afternoon. I recorded it around 430 but then was told it had expired. In my mind it was still afternoon. The contact support feature does not work on the app. I sent an email and received no reply. It is better now.
