Since signing up to this I've had problem after problem after problem . Logging in, passwords app not working properly. Re downloading re registering .just nothing working correctly now seem to have access and it clearly states apply for loans through the app and no where does it allow you to do this !! I cannot imagine that there is a worse internet page or app out there that would leave members extremely frustrated and unable to do what they want to do !!!

Awful. Unable to login using the fingerprint scanner on my galaxy fold. The app just closes

All I want to do is see how much money I have in my savings account. I have tried to install the "new" app but to no avail. Just keeps saying 'internal error'. Since VACU became an online service it has had more problems than anything else. Accessing your hard earned cash is becoming almost impossible
