Alarm time isn't accurate this is absolutely my fav alarm app, but lately the alarms no longer goes off on time, its usually a few minutes late and sometimes the snooze wont even come back, these functions are kind of important for an alarm to have. After reading others comments, I realize that this is an update issue and has yet to be fixed. I'll check out the app again in the future, but for now, im going to switch to something more reliable. You also can't preview the alarm tone sound.

Versatile, but not quite perfect This alarm can be configured to do most of the schedules I need it to - with a little creative forethought - but it loses a star for reliability. Over the last few years it has failed to go off at the specified time on at least a dozen occasions. It wouldn't sound the alarm until I opened the app up to verify if it was set and then suddenly it would start buzzing/flashing/ringing. Because of this, I use a second alarm in conjunction with this one for important occasions. Overall I'm very happy with it.

Sometimes it works & sometimes it doesn't, made me late to work twice, have to use an alarm clock also if I use the app Just what the title says. Seriously not okay for an alarm clock app to randomly not go off. I've reinstalled, checked it the night before, made sure it's the default alarm, etc. Running stock rom on a Galaxy S5. Just no point on keeping this when I just have to keep setting a second alarm or not sleep well because I'm worried about it not going off. Does have good features though. I really like the gentle wake up & music alarm.

Fails to change alarms after the update I have loved the app for 4-5 years but this most recent update has me down a star. I cannot edit the time directly unless I scroll with the number wheel. If I type an alarm and save it-nothing changes and I usually don't notice til I am late. Now I have to check my alarms over and over to be certain they actually saved correctly. Please fix this so I can be confident I am making my deadlines. HTC 6.16 android

Awesome app Was 5 stars easily. Never had an issue for 5 years. **Update** my phone and the app both updated recently and now the alarm doesn't always go off. Sometimes it does, sometimes not. I set multiple alarms now and I can't rely on my phone anymore to wake me for work. This was a great app for years, now my wife and I both have nearly been late for work on several occasions because of the issues with the alarm. Waking up in time is too critical to leave to chance. Please fix this so I can sleep without worry!

Mostly Very Good I've been using this phone alarm clock for a few months now. It has many excellent features. It also works well, without conflicts with my other apps. So I would give it 5-stars, except for the highly inappropriate advertising it keeps displaying. My phone does not have a computer virus, nor does it need cleaning. These are the kind of adverts that make me suspicious about the people who wrote this alarm clock app. To be sure, I'll probably delete it in the next day or so.

Stopped working I loved this alarm clock. It used to be very reliable. I had a few instances where I wasn't sure if I maybe slept through my alarm or if I somehow turned it off without knowing. I'm a very light sleeper so I really didn't think this was the case. It seemed to happen very sporadically untill lately. The last 4 nights in a row my alarms (I started setting multiple alarms to be safe) did not go off. If this gets fixed i will give more starts
Has failed a few times lately My regular Monday through Friday alarm has simply not gone off a handful of times. Even the backup one with a different song was a no-show this morning. Installed a different one till this is fixed. I also wish there would be a symbol in the notification bar that tells you the alarm is set and a little pull down message. I keep having to open and check that it's even on.
One of the best I had used this app on my old phone for two years. It was reliable and easily customizable to meet my needs. HOWEVER, I upgraded to the S7 and Marshmallow last week and ever since, the app has proven unreliable and only works some of the time. After scrolling through reviews here and other alarms, I realize it is Marshmallow at fault, not the app. I would appreciate an update soon so I can have my favorite app back again. Until then, 3 stars.
Love it! Perfect for my needs. Best part is the nap feature ! ***Update*** like others have said with the last update the alarm no longer is dependable to go off at the accurate times. Often it DC 5 to 15 minutes late. I've had to set multiple back up alarms to ensure I'm not late to work. I had to remove some stars in my review as a result. Please fix bugs!
Awesome Love this!! I use it all the time to wake me up every morning. The nap feature is great as well. Couldn't live without it. **EDIT** I have been using the app for years with no issues but then after the last few updates I have been noticing that my alarms don't always go off when they are supposed to, they go off sometimes 20 minutes later than they should be. This is causing issues as I use it to wake me up for work and for school and it's caused me to be late a few times. Once this is fixed then 5 stars.
100% Customizable. Was one of my favorite apps until I went from a Galaxy S4 to a Note 4. Now it's not working properly! Changed from 5 stars to 3. First review: This alarm has never let me down! I love all of the options to customize it. The best feature: if I forget to turn my volume back on, the alarm(s) overrides it & goes off anyway!
Works great This is by far my favorite alarm clock application. The only issue is the weather option stopped working with the latest update of Google's weather and news application. I had to restore the previous 1.X version of the application to restore the weather function. I would have given five stars if the weather function did not stop working with the latest update to news and weather. I have lowered my rating to 3 stars because the weather no longer works. Please update the app to fix the weather.
So disappointed I have used this app for years and years since my first smartphone. It is been wonderful and reliable up until just recently including this morning. My alarm didn't go off until 23 minutes after it was set. And this is the same saved alarm I use every morning not a new one. Other times it's just not gone off at all. I'm so disappointed I feel like I'm going to have to find a new alarm clock now.
One Quirk on my New Galaxy S5 Like others, I have used this for a while and love it. However, I recently got a Galaxy S5 (formerly S3) and now the icon will not display in the task bar. I use that as a visual indicator to be sure I've set the alarm. I checked the setting to hide the icon, and it's correct. I even toggled it on and back off, no help. My Android OS is 5.0.
Not working properly anymore This has been my go to alarm since I got my first Android phone years ago but recently it's stopped being reliable. Occasionally it will alarm after the set time if I wake my phone but more frequently it simply won't alarm at all. I love this app and don't want to replace it but I need something more reliable.
What More Could You Ask For? This app is awesome! I travel a lot and this app helps me stay on time. The nap function is great. If I'm on the road and can't drive any further, I just find a safe place to park and set the nap timer. I'm back on the road in 60 or 90 minutes and have avoided putting myself or others in danger.
Was a great app. Till I got a new update 2 weeks after a new Android, and it's almost cost me my job. The alarm simply does not sound, no bar notifications, yet everything is set just like I have been for quite a few years now. Hope you fix. Have to find another alarm app that will wake me up at 5am in the meantime. :/
Great Alarm Clock App I gave this a 5 star a year ago. But a few months ago, the alarm stopped working periodically. I would wake up a few minutes before the alarm, the time would pass the alarm time and yet no alarm. Not sure if this is related to Marshmallow update or not. Now I have to give it a 2 star. Precious review (2015.07.15): I use it not only when I travel, but at home as well. Great number of options.
Best Alarm App What I like about this app are all the features that it has. The best part for me is that you can set the alarm volume to be separate from the system volume, which also prevents you from turning down the volume as it is going off. Other alarms I've used don't have this feature so a lot of the time I would end up sleeping through my alarm since I would somehow turn the volume down in my sleep. I also really like the "nap alarm" feature that allows you to nap without needing to set up a new alarm.
I love this product. It's easy to use and has a marvelous, gentle tone option. My original ratting was a 5 out of 5. I'm dropping it to a 3 because lately I can't trust it 100% to work. I think this is due to updates by the Android operating system or by Samsung. Nevertheless, it creates some anxiety when I can't count on it to always notify me when time is up.
Is there a way to use a calendar to set alarms ahead? One MAJOR flaw. It appears to only allow you to set alarm for next 24 hrs. (There is only an hour option not a day option in the alarm settings.) How could such an otherwise great alarm app miss this??? How can I set an alarm for an appt reminder for next week etc? It it is possible, it is not obvious in a user friendly way.
Awesome Alarm Clock!!!! Best alarm clock! Now I don't have to use my annoying cell phone clock! I love that I can use my personal music to set as my wake up alarm! You get an option when you hit the snooze to let you pick how long you want to snooze, if you want more than the automatic ten minutes... freakin' sweeeeet! I LOVE THIS APP!!!!!! (Note: the ads don't bother me, because they don't show up if you shut off your wifi!)
Since update... I used to love this alarm. I've had it since my first android. Big snooze button and all. In fact I had given it 5 stars. However after my recent update, this alarm just kept going off past the time I set it for. If I set it at 645, it goes off at 703 etc. I have several alarms already from before. And they all used to work fine. I'm giving it a few more days then I will uninstall if I can't find the reason why. BTW, I have updated my note 5 OS. Please find out why.
Not as reliable as it used to be I've used this app for years, and it's been a favorite. I like the "gentle" option, where it starts quietly and gets louder. It's nice that the ads don't get in the way. I reinstalled it on my new phone (Motorola Turbo 2), and twice, my ten-minute snooze lasted longer than ten minutes (12 minutes one time; 15 minutes another). I can't tolerate that, so I'm trying other options.
It use to be great Back in 2013 I loved this app for my S3. Finally upgraded to an S7 and the app doesn't work well. It started with not going off even though the alarm was set. Thankfully my old phone still had some juice in it. For the next few days it was 2 minutes late to turn on. It worked well for a few weeks. Yesterday a notification popped up and kept me from getting to the alarm properly. Which today may or may not explain why my alarm was a half hour late in going off. Thank goodness I kept my S3 as a back up.
easy on my battery life I had to get rid of my other clock app because it had been eating up my battery every day. this one has all the same features and almost the same look but is much kinder to the battery. my only complaint is I have to actually open the app to see what time the alarm is set for. the old app would have it displayed in the drop-down bar at the top of the screen. not a big deal, and a great trade for having a longer lasting battery.
Doesn't work anymore It used to work fine until the upgrade to Marshmallow. From that moment in it acts as if the waking moment never happened: a one time alarm won't run at the scheduled time, and when you take a look it tells you the alarm is set for tomorrow...., Well that is 24h too late. I use the system clock now.
Multiple alarms rock Easy to use, very helpful when you need several different reminders a day. The only hitch, if you accidentally close it while the alarm is going off, you can't just reopen it to turn off the alarm. I've had to restart my phone to make the alarm stop a few times. Oops!
Nice work! Reliable! It is the bomb of all! Love how it speaks than alarm starts gently increasing in volume which is great for health! Gentle and has perfect time lapses for alarm. Never wakes you in a bad mood ever due to gentle increase. Now I know why it is rated very high for health! Good job! This is reliable as heck and gentle! I wake up gracefully with this alarm!
Good performance For the last several years the app is working very smoothly. The math dismiss option is very good and is helping me a lot. But unfortunately after the marshmallow update the app is not working properly. So do the needful urgently. Still I give you the five star rating because of your excellent past performance
I have recently found that this app will not run if I don't plug my phone in at night OR if I have it plugged in initially, and then unplug it in the middle of the night when I see it has been fully charged. The app is amazing and flawless as long as I have my phone plugged in or it is active and awake, however if the phone sits untouched for a period of time and it is unplugged, the alarm will not go off. Once I wake up the phone by touching any button the alarm will suddenly realize it and begin. This is a huge issue. Please advise!
Used to Love it It's simple but full of features, but now since updating to 6.0.1 every once in a while it doesn't Go off or often it goes off minutes after you set it. Sound was on and No weird (Power saving) features were on. Missed important meetings, can't have that so bye bye. Edit: could Have been doze battery optimisation but still, should Have been excluded from that or given higher priority!
Very good Edit: sometimes fails to go off, possibly related to network connection. Dropping to two stars. Best I've found so far I think. The "skip next" feature is indispensable for repeating alarms. I don't want to have to remember to turn my work alarm back on after a holiday.
New update Edit 11/14: back to working great, love it. Edit 1/22/14: Since the s3 update was pushed I have to manually remind this program to turn the next alarm on and the other day it failed me entirely. Hope it gets fixed soon. I love this app otherwise. I've been using this for a year and it is the best alarm clock I've ever had. It hasn't failed me yet.
Once Reliable, Now Not... At one time this was a reliable app. Great, non-intrusive, quick and easy to set. However now it no longer wakes me up. It works, but there's no sound which defeats the purpose of an alarm. After nearly being late for work on several instances due to a silent alarm I can no longer recommend this app. I'll use my phone's built in alarm for now on.

As you can see, I've been using this app for years! My original review was just great! But lately it hasn't been working well. Alarm has failed to go off several times causing me to uninstall the app. Thought it was a setting on my phone so I reinstalled it. Once again my alarm failed to go off this morning. Nope. Have now uninstalled this app for good.
Awesome app! I love this app and would definitely recommend it. It is very well designed and does everything I want plus more. I especially like the option of maths for snooze/dismiss as it prevents me from accidentally selecting dismiss instead of snooze and falling back asleep for the rest of the morning. Does not make for a good start to the day...😴 Give it a try people!!👍
Great minus consistent alarm glitch Alarm doesn't go off the moment it hits designated time, may take 20 seconds. May even be up to 6 minutes late on long duration clocks, such as wake up next day. Used to work fine until relatively recently.
Best alarm out there! I particularly like the maths you need to do to turn the alarm off - if you set that up, of course. It means I'm awake enough at 6 am to take my medication, which otherwise would often still be forgotten. With the math question I always remember to take the meds as well. Thank you, developers!
