Ratings and reviews

Vrbo has made it possible for my blue collar family of 4 to go on multiple dream vacations on a low budget! We've stayed in some of the most beautiful & amazing places that I never imagined we could ever afford! Seriously, we've gotten to stay in beach houses & go to Disney World for entire weeks multiple times for under $1,500! You wouldn't be able to get that kind of price anywhere else. Plus with the One Key Cash program I've been able to save even more on future trips! I'm thankful for Vrbo!

The VRBO app is terrible! You cannot access the latest messages from the property owner through the app - you have to go through the link in your email messages instead to see the latest message as the screen in the app does not refresh to display the latest messages. Also, any links the owner posts in their messages are not displayed as hyperlinks - you have to re-type the entire URL in your browser - very clunky! Finally, the screen does not scroll when you enter text for reviews.

I am having difficulty booking since the payment information keeps being declined even when entering and trying different cards and changing the browser. I checked online and there are other customers that are experiencing the same issues. Customer support has been no help. Seems this has been a problem since 2 years ago but they have failed to resolve the issue. I am boycotting Airbnb but might have to go back since this has become an entire headache. Fix this bug, you are losing out on money.
