Ratings and reviews

I don't understand the point of giving me a welcome $75 credit if you don't know if the One-Key credit will actually apply until you get to check out. I wasted so much time trying to figure out which property to stay at assuming that if the One-Key credit was checked yes when searching I would actually get to use it. The reality is you don't know until you get to the check out which is a waste of time. Just tell me up front.

DO NOT EVER use VRBO to book a trip. I Booked a trip for 3 nights it says all fees included. Charged a $33 service fee but won't show me where I agreed to that. Also, the room went up $5 per night while waiting for the host to accept (no fault of his. he responded quickly)also, receipt said one thing and after calling I had to check my card to find what I was actually charged. I will NEVER use them again

The app worked great until I booked my condo. Now I can't view the booking. "Sorry, we're having a problem on our end. Try refreshing." Refreshing gives me the same message. It's been doing this for days. This is going to be a problem when the day of the trip arrives and I can't view my booking.
